Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she requires to email us at Kaveritisya@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once emailed, our support executive will get in touch and guide you through the process. If the reverse facility is available on your pin code, we shall arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by the customer that is Rs. 250/-. Please note – Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
Please note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin codes. In this case, the customer has to send the piece back to us by informing us over email and using a local courier service. Once informed, he/she then will share the tracking details of the exchange shipment, which will allow us to initiate an exchange.
Return: The items once sold cannot be returned.
Damaged/Wrong Product: In such cases, the customer is required to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Henceforth, we shall replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
Sale Items: Purchased products on SALE are not eligible for either exchange or return.
